Why RISE+Co. Exists
A Founder Who's Lived The Climb
RISE+Co. was founded by Kate Davis, a healthcare executive who understands the invisible load many women carry as they lead, support others, and hold responsibility across every area of life. She carried it too.
Throughout her career, Kate saw how often women sacrifice their health, relationships, and personal priorities in pursuit of success, believing it is simply part of the path. That experience shaped a different belief: women do not have to choose between meaningful careers and full lives when leadership is aligned with purpose and path.
Today, Kate blends real world executive leadership experience with certified EQ i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence coaching to support women in leading with clarity, confidence, and sustainability. Through RISE+Co., she helps women build careers that allow them to grow professionally while still showing up fully for their lives.
